Information Collected and Why

When you submit the inquiry form, we collect the salon name, Utah city, your name and email address. You may also provide a website, phone number and message. We use these details to review city URL inquiries, respond to your request and maintain necessary correspondence.

Submission details are emailed to Camp Mercury at julio@campmercury.com. The form does not intentionally publish or list these details on the website.

Technology and storage

The site uses GoDaddy hosting and a configured outbound email provider. Server logs may contain technical request information for security and troubleshooting. The site does not currently bundle advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Browser security and email infrastructure may process technical metadata.

Spam and security

We use CSRF protection, server-side form validation, request-rate limiting and a hidden anti-spam field. No online transmission can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

Retention and requests

Inquiry emails and related correspondence are kept only as long as reasonably needed for business communication, legal obligations or dispute resolution; a definitive retention schedule is pending operational approval. Contact julio@campmercury.com to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.

Updates

We may update this policy when practices change. The published date and applicable law review must be confirmed before launch.
